Booking modification / cancellation policy min. 24hr notice
When making a booking, the therapy room and the practitioner’s dedicated time have been reserved especially for you. We understand that circumstances may require you to modify or to cancel your appointment, however do give us at least 24hr notice to avoid being charged a 100%. Alternatively you may designate another person who accepts to take over your appointment time and charge.
