- Energising Leg - Hip and Foot massage     45min or 1h15min

improve blood and lymphatic circulation being massaging with a good rhythm and a medium firm pressure, includes gentle rocking and stretching. Choose 1h15min if you like an energising massage of your back and arms to be included.

Recommended: to sport athletes and people who have a heavy feeling in their legs due to standing or sitting for long hours.

Very deep acupressure with a slow and precise approach to dissolve muscle knots, followed by lots of stretching and lenghtening of the spine.

45min: legs, glutes and lower back only  OR  upper back, neck and shoulders only.

1h15min: back and legs, or just the back

- Blissful Pregnancy massage     1h15min     (from 12 weeks onwards)

Very gentle prenatal relaxation massage in a safe lateral (side) position.

Reduce swelling, soothe the nerves, relieve a strained back and leg muscles.

Recommended: to expectant mothers who have back pain, swollen legs, stiff shoulders or who just like to take a relaxing break.

Result: may vary from person to person, muscular pain may reduce greatly or fully dissapear, less swelling and feeling very relaxed.

Contraindication: contact your physician first if you are diabetic, if have an oedema, cardiac disorder, previous miscarriage or abdominal pains.
