A journey towards the Centre
In this workshop, we will explore the connections between the breath, the posture and the sense organs. That will bring us to more subtle states of consciousness of the pranic body and resonating vibrations in the body as a musical instrument.
Mornings: dynamic asanas (posture) and their relationship to pranayama (Breath). Afternoons: deep restorative postures and meditation. Pranayama and Nada yoga (Yoga of Sound). The workshop will be teached in both languages French and English.

Food allergy and intolerance
Feeling blown up, skin rash, intestinal cramps and gases?
A food allergy is an adverse immune response to a food protein, which could be:
milk (cow), soy (soya), wheat (gluten), eggs, peanuts, tree nuts, seafood, ...
A food intolerance is a negative reaction of the body to certain food or compound found in food (such as lactose in cow milk), often caused by the absence of a specific enzyme (such as lactase) needed to digest a food substance.
If you would have the above mentioned (most common) symptoms, then consult your general practician (GP or doctor) who could make a diagnose by means of a blood test. You can also do a skin prick test when visiting a dermatologist.
If you would be tested positive on any allergy or intolerance, then exclude that food protein or component from your daily diet and all the bad symptoms should stop during the days after you have stopped consuming it.
